Mentionpath offers four subscription tiers — Starter, Professional, Advanced, and Enterprise — each designed around how many prompts you need to track and which features your team requires. All plans include unlimited team members and unlimited countries. You manage your subscription directly from the Account dialog under the Billing tab.

Professional

Supported currencies

Mentionpath supports billing in four currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, and JPY. You select your preferred currency during checkout. Prices are set per currency and do not fluctuate with exchange rates after your subscription starts.

Upgrading or downgrading your plan

You can change your plan at any time from the Account dialog.

Open the Account dialog

Click your account avatar or name in the top navigation, then select Account.

Go to the Billing tab

In the Account dialog, click the Billing tab to see your current plan and all available plans.

Select a new plan

Find the plan you want and click Upgrade or Downgrade. For upgrades, the change takes effect immediately and Mentionpath creates a prorated invoice for the remainder of your billing period. For downgrades, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

Complete payment if prompted

If a payment is required immediately (for example, when upgrading mid-cycle), you will be redirected to the Stripe checkout flow to confirm your payment.
Only workspace owners can change the subscription plan. Members and guests can view billing information but cannot make changes.

Managing your subscription via the customer portal

For invoice history, updating your payment method, or downloading receipts, click Manage billing in the Billing tab. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab where you can manage all payment details securely.

Enterprise plan

Enterprise pricing is custom and sales-led — it is not available through self-service checkout. To discuss unlimited tracked prompts, API access, SLA requirements, or custom invoicing, contact the Mentionpath team directly.
Attempting to add an Enterprise plan through the self-service checkout will be blocked. Reach out to the team to get Enterprise set up for your workspace.
