# Plans & Billing: Pricing, Upgrades, and Currencies

> Compare Mentionpath's four subscription tiers — Starter, Professional, Advanced, and Enterprise — and manage billing, upgrades, and supported currencies.

Mentionpath offers four subscription tiers — Starter, Professional, Advanced, and Enterprise — each designed around how many prompts you need to track and which features your team requires. All plans include unlimited team members and unlimited countries. You manage your subscription directly from the **Account** dialog under the **Billing** tab.

  Yearly billing saves you approximately 29–33% compared with paying month to month. On the Professional plan, for example, you pay $1,020/yr instead of $1,440 billed monthly — a saving of \$420.

## Plan details

    Best for individuals or small teams tracking a single domain. Includes 50 tracked prompts, 1 domain, unlimited team members, and unlimited countries. Looker Studio and API access are not available on this plan.

    The most popular plan for growing teams. Includes 100 tracked prompts, unlimited domains, unlimited team members, and unlimited countries. Looker Studio and API access are not included.

    For teams with large prompt libraries or multiple brands. Includes 500 tracked prompts, unlimited domains, unlimited team members, and unlimited countries. Looker Studio export is included; API access is not.

## Supported currencies

Mentionpath supports billing in four currencies: **USD**, **EUR**, **GBP**, and **JPY**. You select your preferred currency during checkout. Prices are set per currency and do not fluctuate with exchange rates after your subscription starts.

## Upgrading or downgrading your plan

You can change your plan at any time from the **Account** dialog.

    Click your account avatar or name in the top navigation, then select **Account**.

  <Step title="Go to the Billing tab">
    In the Account dialog, click the **Billing** tab to see your current plan and all available plans.

  <Step title="Select a new plan">
    Find the plan you want and click **Upgrade** or **Downgrade**. For upgrades, the change takes effect immediately and Mentionpath creates a prorated invoice for the remainder of your billing period. For downgrades, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

  <Step title="Complete payment if prompted">
    If a payment is required immediately (for example, when upgrading mid-cycle), you will be redirected to the Stripe checkout flow to confirm your payment.

  Only workspace **owners** can change the subscription plan. Members and guests can view billing information but cannot make changes.

## Managing your subscription via the customer portal

For invoice history, updating your payment method, or downloading receipts, click **Manage billing** in the **Billing** tab. This opens the Stripe customer portal in a new tab where you can manage all payment details securely.

## Enterprise plan

Enterprise pricing is custom and sales-led — it is not available through self-service checkout. To discuss unlimited tracked prompts, API access, SLA requirements, or custom invoicing, contact the Mentionpath team directly.
